Yes, genuinely. We use it to learn about your situation and see if we're a good fit. No sales pitch, no pressure. If we're not the right partner, we'll tell you and try to point you in a better direction.
What happens after the discovery call?
If we decide to move forward, we'll typically propose a specific engagement — whether that's an audit, implementation project, or ongoing support. We'll send a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing.
Do you work with organizations of any size?
Our sweet spot is small-to-mid organizations — typically those with $100K to $1M in annual budget. We're big enough to handle complex projects but small enough that you'll work directly with senior partners.
Where are you located?
We're based in the US but work with clients across time zones. Most of our work is done remotely via video calls, shared workspaces, and good documentation.
